Booking &amp; Payments\n\nA non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm your appointment.\n\nThe remaining balance must be cleared before or on the day of the service.\n\nBookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.2. Cancellations &amp; Refunds\n\nBooking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.\n\nIf you cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled service, the full amount may be charged.\n\nRescheduling is subject to availability and must be informed at least 10 days in advance.\n\n3. Travel &amp; On-Site Services\n\nTravel charges apply for locations outside Lucknow city limits.\n\nAdequate lighting and seating arrangements should be provided at the venue.\n\n4. Service Policy\n\nVMakeovers uses only high-quality, branded products.\n\nClients must inform the artist of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before makeup application.\n\nVMakeovers will not be held responsible for any reactions due to failure to disclose such information.\n\n5. Photos &amp; Social Media\n\nWith your consent, VMakeovers may take photos\/videos of the makeup look for portfolio, website, and social media use.\n\nIf you wish to opt-out, please inform us before your appointment.\n\n6. Time Management\n\nClients are requested to be on time. Delays of more than 30 minutes may affect the quality of service or may lead to cancellation without refund.\n\n7. Liability\n\nVMakeovers is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained at the client\u2019s premises during the service.\n\n8.
