Terms & Conditions – VMAKEOVERS Welcome to VMAKEOVERS! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking & Payments A non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance must be cleared before or on the day of the service. Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.2. Cancellations & Refunds Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled service, the full amount may be charged. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be informed at least 10 days in advance. 3. Travel & On-Site Services Travel charges apply for locations outside Lucknow city limits. Adequate lighting and seating arrangements should be provided at the venue. 4. Service Policy VMakeovers uses only high-quality, branded products. Clients must inform the artist of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before makeup application. VMakeovers will not be held responsible for any reactions due to failure to disclose such information. 5. Photos & Social Media With your consent, VMakeovers may take photos/videos of the makeup look for portfolio, website, and social media use. If you wish to opt-out, please inform us before your appointment. 6. Time Management Clients are requested to be on time. Delays of more than 30 minutes may affect the quality of service or may lead to cancellation without refund. 7. Liability VMakeovers is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained at the client’s premises during the service. 8.
